Judith Greaves set up Plan to Share Limited to provide consultancy services in areas where it can offer relevant experience, particularly share plans and equity incentives.
“Until the summer of 2015 I was with international law firm, Pinsent Masons, where I worked for 27 years. Whilst leader of its share plans practice, I advised some of the world’s largest companies and also some of the smallest. I held a number of senior positions over the years, including as head of the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Tax Group. I also enjoyed 9 years as a director of the Global Equity Organisation, a non-profit organisation which provides a resource to people who work in equity remuneration internationally.
As founder of Plan to Share Limited I wanted a new approach. We have been able to make a difference by supporting our chosen charities from the fees we have earned.
In 2018, we are continuing to support The Down Syndrome Training and Support Service Ltd. They deliver an incredible level of support with very little.
We are also supporting COCO, an international children’s charity working with rural communities in East Africa.
We hope that some of the people who use our employee information website, www.plantoshare.co.uk, will also be able to donate, perhaps using part of the payout from their share awards. That would make even more of a difference.
